Two New Fugitives Added to Oklahoma Attorney General’s 10 Most Wanted List
OKLAHOMA CITY (Jan. 28, 2025) – The Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office has added two new fugitives to its 10 Most Wanted list, one facing charges of assaulting an officer and the other accused of lewd acts with a child.
Attorney General Gentner Drummond called for Oklahomans to help provide information that could lead to the suspects' capture, stressing that the individuals pose significant threats to public safety. “These suspects have no place walking free in our communities,” Drummond said. “Through strong partnerships with federal, tribal, state, and local law enforcement, we will continue pursuing fugitives from justice until they face the consequences of their alleged crimes.”
Wanted: Jayson Geoffrey Evans
Jayson Geoffrey Evans, 50, is wanted for assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do harm in Indian Country and eluding a police officer in Indian Country. Authorities consider Evans to be armed and dangerous. The Attorney General’s Office has partnered with the FBI and the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police Department to locate Evans. A reward of up to $7,000 is being offered for information leading directly to his arrest.
Wanted: Nicholas Armando Roman
Nicholas Armando Roman, 20, is wanted for indecent or lewd acts with a child following an incident involving a young girl in 2022. The Attorney General’s Office is working with the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office to apprehend Roman. A reward of up to $2,000 is available for tips leading to his capture.
Since its launch in September, the 10 Most Wanted program has resulted in the capture of eight fugitives. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Evans or Roman is urged to contact the Attorney General’s Tipline at (405) 343-8107 or email OKMostWanted@oag.ok.gov.
