Multi-Agency Human Trafficking Operation Leads to Five Arrests in Delaware County

A coordinated multi-agency undercover operation targeting human trafficking and related crimes resulted in five arrests on January 29, 2026, in Delaware County, Oklahoma, according to law enforcement officials.

The operation identified adult victims and led to arrests for solicitation, human trafficking, narcotics-related offenses, and outstanding interstate warrants. One of the individuals arrested was confirmed to be a registered sex offender under active supervision.

In a separate arrest during the operation, an adult female was taken into custody on outstanding interstate warrants and charged with trafficking methamphetamine after approximately 34.8 grams were recovered by investigators.

Authorities also arrested Christopher Don Jackson, who is accused of transporting his two adult daughters across state lines for commercial sex activity. Investigators reported that Jackson initially provided a false identity, which was later confirmed through fingerprint analysis and record checks. Prosecutors have filed or are reviewing charges that include human trafficking, pandering or procuring, transportation for purposes of prostitution, identity theft, false personation, obstructing an officer, and possession of THC and counterfeit currency.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

The operation was conducted in coordination with multiple federal, tribal, and local agencies, including the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service, Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office, the Oklahoma District 13 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs Division of Drug Enforcement.

El operativo permitió identificar víctimas adultas y realizar arrestos por solicitación, trata de personas, delitos relacionados con narcóticos y órdenes de arresto interestatales pendientes. Uno de los arrestados fue confirmado como delincuente sexual registrado bajo supervisión activa.

En un arresto separado, una mujer adulta fue detenida por órdenes de arresto interestatales pendientes y acusada de tráfico de metanfetamina, luego de que los investigadores recuperaran aproximadamente 34.8 gramos de la sustancia.

Las autoridades también arrestaron a Christopher Don Jackson, acusado de transportar a sus dos hijas adultas a través de líneas estatales para actividades sexuales comerciales.
